Delivery and Refunds Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your posy order on the delivery date you select. We can’t promise requested delivery times or give exact delivery times as we deliver by the most efficient route on the day. Most orders will usually be delivered between 12pm – 3pm but the very latest posies will be delivered is 4:30pm to business addresses and 6pm to residential addresses. We will contact you by email or phone if there is a problem with your posy delivery.

The Piccolo Posy that is delivered will be as close to the advertised bunch for that day as possible but please note that all flowers are different and so the colour of the flowers may slightly differ or the buds may be a little more closed. We promise that all posies delivered will be stunning and will definitely make you the recipient’s most favourite person ever!
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your posy or something goes wrong with delivery at the fault of Piccolo Posy, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to resolve the issue by way of, re-delivery, a new posy or refund.
What if no one is there to receive the delivery? If there’s nobody to receive the flowers, we’ll do our best to find a discreet and shady spot for them and will always leave them in water. Please provide as many details as possible to ensure successful delivery. You can outline any special delivery instructions when you place your order.
What if I provide incorrect delivery details? These things happen from time to time, so please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Our posies are prepared in the morning so we ideally need at least 12 hours notice to change or cancel an order but please email us and if your posy has not yet left for delivery, we’ll do our best to make any changes.
Please note, Piccolo Posy will not accept responsibility for failed deliveries when incorrect addresses are provided and cannot provide a refund or replacement posy.
