When Frankie Met George Terms and Conditions

Bookings and payments

We require a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date which will be deducted from the remaining balance of your booking.

The remaining balance is due three weeks prior to your wedding date. Your wedding flowers will not be ordered until full payment is received.

Booking confirmation

Once your deposit is received, your wedding date is confirmed. You will receive a tax invoice outlining the total balance, less the deposit paid and then remaining balance to be paid. A receipt will be issued once full payment has been received.

Flower availability and substitution

While we will do our best to meet your requests for specific flowers, there are no guarantees on availability and quality when working with nature. We cannot guarantee availability or exact colours and shades for flowers.

Due to poor quality or unavailability, occasionally it may be necessary for floral substitutions. To ensure your wedding flowers are perfect, we reserve the right to substitute flowers under the above circumstances and product substitutions will be of equal or greater value. We will discuss with you any alterations made to your order prior to your wedding date.

Delivery and setup

We provide a full service for wedding flowers including delivery of your bridal party items and setup of the venue unless prior arrangements have been made by you.

We will confirm all delivery addresses and times with you prior to the wedding date.

We will confirm all delivery and setup times as well as venue guidelines and restrictions with your venue for you but it is your responsibility to provide venue contact details when requested.

Once delivery details have been confirmed, we will not be held responsible for errors in delivery if changes have not been provided to us from you. Re-delivery at a different time or location will incur a $200 fee payable upon receipt of invoice.


A non-refundable deposit of $200 will be retained if the booking is cancelled from that date of booking.

Cancellations within one month of wedding date remain payable in full and are non-refundable. Some exceptions may apply at the discretion of When Frankie Met George.


Your order including your wedding date and contact details will be treated with complete privacy.

We do not sell, rent or lease any personal customer information to third parties. We will provide your details to other contractors that work on our behalf or are contracted to provide our services.

When your booking is confirmed, we will ask for the personal contact details of a nominated contact eg. Maid of Honour in case we need to contact you on the wedding day as well as the contact details for any 3rd party where delivery of wedding flowers has been requested.

We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information we gather from loss, unauthorised access, modification, disclosure or any misuse.

Hired Items

Any When Frankie Met George items hired from us for your event are your responsibility. You will be responsible for the replacement of any broken, damaged or lost or stolen items. An invoice will be issued for the full purchase price of damaged or missing items.

By proceeding with your booking with When Frankie Met George and paying the $200 deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions.
